Chef Anthony Sanschagrin’s lifetime of professional culinary experience led him to the creation of StoneChef Events and Catering. His vision has been to bring his passion for food out of the kitchen and make it the most important element of any successful event. In his StoneChef theatre, staid clichés of catering are not to be found, and the master Chef, his supporting staff, the Host and honored Guests, are all players on the stage of the occasion.
Chef Anthony, having demonstrated the culinary competence, expertise, education, culinary knowledge and skills has been awarded the CEC designation by the accredited organization of Certified Executive Chefs.©
Jennifer, a Principal at StoneChef, is responsible for client services relating to the planning, organization and execution of all special events at the StoneChef venues as well as those required at remote locations.
The mark of a truly great kitchen is a great team of talented culinarians and Sous Chefs. Chef Alex Drew leads the supporting members of the team associated with the StoneChef organization, and is Chef Anthony’s right hand.

StoneChef Events and Catering is a full service, one stop, source for providing all of your special events, food and beverage service requirements. We have the experience and expertise to know what is needed when, and have developed extensive relationship with proven third-party providers for special requirements, including remote venues, design & decoration, floral, favors, printing, photography, audio-visual, musical entertainment, and related requirements.
Our wedding occasion services are the heart of our business. No event is too small, or too large, for our dedication to detail, flawless execution and quality. StoneChef makes it memorable.
We work with your staff to understand the objectives of your event, and develop a plan that works. Luncheons, dinners, and food and beverage services on our premises or at your place.
Banquets and buffets can be as elegant or simple as the occasion requires. Served on and off premises. We specialize in private dinner parties in our exciting theatre kitchen and intimate Café.

The heart of StoneChef Events and Catering complex is the state of the art Theatre Kitchen which Chef Anthony custom designed to accommodate maximum productivity while sharing the drama of seeing his haute cuisine come to life.
While the Theatre Kitchen is insulated from the main facilities of StoneChef complex, it provides a point of interest for guests and adds a unique flair and excitement to any event.
The Café adjoins the Theatre Kitchen and provides a perfect lounge space for featuring cocktail hors d’oeuvres during open receptions and pre-function events.
However, provides a particularly unique space from smaller dinner parties with the ambiance of a fine dining restaurant reserved entirely just for you.
The 1930 Grande Room has 14 foot ceilings with wooden rafters for any décor or drapery and hanging floral arrangements. The front doors and windows are completely retractable for indoor/outdoor style events.
The 1930 Grande Room is one of the only reception halls in the Tampa area to offer full service packages, with Ybor Centennial Park and Tampa’s Ybor trolley making its final stop at our back door, transporting guests directly from hotels in the area.
